ASIL Award Recipients

The American Society for International Law issued a press release today regarding its 100th Annual Meeting themed "A Just World Under Law" that was held from March 29 to April 1, 2006, in Washington, DC, and the awards ASIL President James Carter presented, which included my Helton Fellowship.
